Services are provided under a separate written engagement agreement that sets out scope, fees, deliverables and duration. Nothing on this website forms a contract or a binding offer on its own.
Engagements run month to month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may end an engagement with the notice period stated in the agreement.
Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithm changes, budget levels and a client's own capacity and responsiveness. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue figures or return on investment, and we will not make such guarantees verbally either.
Any performance figures published on this site are attributed to a specific engagement and are not a prediction of results for any other business.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information, credentials and claims they ask us to publish, and for compliance with the advertising, professional and regulatory rules applicable to their field. Final approval of published content rests with the client.
Advertising accounts, analytics properties, domains, hosting accounts and delivered website code are the property of the client. On termination we transfer or revoke our access as instructed. Internal working methods, templates and processes remain ours.
Management fees are separate from media spend and third-party platform costs, which are billed by those platforms directly or passed through at cost. Payment terms are set out in the engagement agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
